Review Supplementary Abstract of Field Records

Applicant Contacts must supply Supplementary Abstract of Field Records (SAFR) if required at the completion of works. Land Use Victoria must assess the supplied document and can request amendments if required.

Steps

You will need to complete the following to review SAFR:

  1. Click on the mandatory action ‘Perform Supplementary Abstract of Field Records (SAFR) Review’ from the Details screen.
  2. Click on the hyperlink to view the SAFR if required.
  3. Indicate whether you will ‘accept and approve’ or ‘accept and requisition’ the SAFR by selecting the relevant radio button.
  4. Click the ‘next’ button to be returned to the Details screen.

If you selected ‘accept and requisition’ a new mandatory action to ‘Request Amendment to Applicant Documents’ will appear.
